Terms of service

The basic terms for using our website and our AI assistant on Facebook and Instagram, and for placing an order.

1. Introduction

These terms apply to the following services operated by Monhatan House LLC ("we"):

  • The tsomtsog.mn website and its subdomains
  • The AI assistant (chatbot) that replies to messages sent to the TSOMTSOG GER® Facebook Page and Instagram account

By using the site, messaging the assistant or submitting an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. What the services are for

The site and the assistant let you explore Tsomtsog Ger models, prices, colours and optional extras, get an estimate, send orders and enquiries, and contact us.

3. Replies from the AI assistant

  • Messages on Facebook and Instagram are answered automatically by an AI-based assistant. Its replies are for information only and may occasionally be wrong or incomplete.
  • Prices, lead times or conditions mentioned by the assistant are not a formal offer. Final order terms are set only by our manager and the contract.
  • A member of our team takes over the conversation when you ask, or when a question needs a human decision.
  • Please do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive data to the assistant.

4. Prices and quotations

  • Prices on the site follow the current price list and are shown in Mongolian tögrög (₮). They may change without notice.
  • The configurator total is an estimate. Items marked "quoted by manager", delivery, assembly and site-dependent work are priced separately by our manager.
  • The quotation sent to your email is valid for the period stated in it.
  • Colours in photos and 360° tours may look slightly different from the real materials depending on your screen. We recommend choosing colours from physical samples.

5. Orders and contracts

  1. An order sent through the site is an order request, not a contract.
  2. After receiving it, we contact you within 1 working day to confirm the details.
  3. Model, colour, extras, price, production and delivery time, and payment schedule are agreed in a written contract.
  4. The order is confirmed and scheduled for production once the deposit is paid.

If these terms and the contract differ, the contract prevails.

6. Payment

  • The deposit is paid through QPay or to the bank account named in the contract. A QPay payment counts as received once we have verified it with QPay.
  • The amount and timing of the remaining balance are agreed in the contract.
  • Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the contract. Costs already incurred for items made specifically for your order may be deducted from a refund.

7. Delivery and assembly

Delivery and assembly times and costs depend on location, season and road conditions and are set out in the contract. If a delay is caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters or road closures, we will contact you promptly to agree a new date.

8. Warranty

Every Tsomtsog Ger comes with a 3-year warranty. Its terms and coverage are set out in the contract and the warranty card. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, external mechanical impact or natural disasters is not covered. After the warranty ends, repairs can be ordered through the "Repair & service" section of the site.

9. Intellectual property

The TSOMTSOG GER® name, logo, ger designs and all photos, videos, 360° tours and text on the site belong to Monhatan House LLC. They may not be copied, used commercially, altered or distributed without our written permission. Sharing for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit to the source is allowed.

10. Your obligations

When using the services you agree not to:

  • Place orders in someone else's name or with false information
  • Interfere with the site or server, or try to bypass its security
  • Send large numbers of automated requests or bulk-download content
  • Send abusive or unlawful content to the assistant or our staff, or try to use the assistant for purposes it was not built for

If these rules are broken, we may refuse requests or restrict access.

11. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the site or the assistant before a contract is signed. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Third-party services

We use QPay for payments, Facebook and Instagram (Meta) for messaging, and OpenStreetMap for maps. Their own terms also apply when you use those services.

13. Personal data

How we collect, use and protect your data is explained in our Privacy policy. To have your Facebook or Instagram conversation deleted, see the data deletion instructions.

14. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. We will first try to settle any dispute by mutual agreement; if that fails, it will be resolved by the courts of Mongolia.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revision date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not affect contracts already signed.
